Dementia Patients

Project Care offers respite vouchers and works with families who need extra care.

To be eligible for care consultation, the care recipient has been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s or other related dementia(s) and the adult caregiver recognizes they can benefit from case management.

You are not alone, we hear caregivers say they are looking for support from people who "really understand because they've been there, too." The Memory Cafe offers just that – a safe environment for caregivers, family and friends of persons with dementia to meet and develop a mutual support system.

It's a place to:

Exchange information on caregiving problems and possible solutions
Talk through daily challenges and ways of coping
